Creating the sickle cell chart

For the visual aspect of knowing how Sickle cell is inherited I created a chart showing how it is passed on from the parents to the child. It also explains what traits are and how two parents having traits produce a child with Sickle Cell disease.

I used a copyright free image of a family chart, then used Photoshop to add letters that demonstrate sickle cell trait carriers and normal haemoglobin.

Once I completed the chart I imported it into premiere pro where I used the crop and zoom effect to make it a moving image and also to make it clear of what I am trying to communicate.
